Hi! So this game is so so fun - truly mind bending. I wish it had a level editor so I can play even more of it!
Also, I've found a game breaking bug, that happened twice, where after some rewinding the bot would get stuck and wont go anywhere (it seems as every movement I do rewinds itself instantly). It can be fixed by exiting and reopening the game, but thought I should let you know!
Pleaseeeee I need more of this game. A level editor can work really well I think! The levels don't tend to be too big (or the ones I've seen at least, I haven't finished the game yet. Also, I haven't seen a post for this on the discord. You should post there to raise awareness to the game!
Enjoyed this little game on Catalog! Fun little experience. The portal/sokoban combo coincidentally had similarities to some of the later parts of my own playdate game.
Mine's called CODA, it's on Catalog and here. My version of the mechanic is far simpler than yours! Thought it was a fun thing to see it done elsewhere on playdate though.
definitely! I actually tried making this in puzzlescript but couldn’t figure it goes to implement the main mechanic. I’m more comfortable coding in Lua anyway, plus the Playdate’s black and white display complements the mechanic perfectly.

Thank you for the bug report! I will check into that... must be something with the history stack. Also, a level editor is a really good idea... : )

Thanks for playing! I would love to try your game, what's it called?

Look like a PuzzleScript game (in a good way)
